The Problem

Finding the right person for a role is hard. Even if you find someone, how can you be sure they are telling the truth?

The Solution

A responsive website that uses blockchain to validate candidates skills and past experiences.

The Team

Brought in as the first employee I was instrumental in ensuring the business was design driven from the ground up. By the time I left the business had grown to around 25 people of which I had helped grow and lead.

Understanding

the problem

Recruitment is a big industry, with so many players. The first challenge was finding what our niche was to ensure we stood out. This came in the form of recruitment for 3D artists. Luckily myself and other colleagues have good connections, from many leaders in the industry. This access gave us crucial intel to understanding the flow and frustrations with existing tools. A UX process I help establish and lead from the beginning.

Look and feel

The brand needed to feel like it belonged in the creative industry. A lot of these people get roles through showing their work. This meant letting that work shine through. The brand is bright and image heavy, with a creative flare.
The digital brand was driven around the application itself while the physical world gave us more freedom.

Favourite details

I always feel it is the team who make great work. That collaboration only thrives when people enjoy working together and social events go along way to build those connections.
These social events plus some creative flair meant that I could truly flex my creative self, in all forms of media.

I could talk about this work forever! So if you’d like to talk more about some of the things i’ve done, please get in touch!

The mobile site is coming (I promise) but these custom sites take time and I am a designer not a developer after all.
